The hotel offers nice rooms that are very spacious, but lacking some essential amenities like a kettle, fridge, or microwave, which may not be ideal for families with babies. The musty smell due to inadequate ventilation could be a downside. On the bright side, the staff provides excellent service, especially Viktor, who is incredibly helpful with various queries. The location is superb, just a short walk to various attractions, although the taxi area coverage is limited. The dining options are more than sufficient, offering a good variety of dishes, although some diners found the experience average for Mexico.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, suitable if you don't plan on spending all day indoors. The service was alright, but they charged me extra for a room that was available. The location was convenient, right in downtown. The dining was more than adequate with a variety of options. Overall, a decent value for money.
